“I made a demand, not a request for Latinos to be at the table

His full title “Majority Leader” already stripped from his name in Albany though he still is the “Majority Leader,” indicted on six counts in a federal investigation this week, nine months ago Senate Majority Leader Pedro Espada, Jr., speaks with host David Diaz on InsightNY.

As for becoming the Majority Leader in July last year after he cross party lines to empower the Republicans again, he told InsightNY host Diaz,  he didn’t ask or request he demanded to be at the table and he doesn’t  apologize for it. No longer the fourth man in the room in Albany, Senator Espada  and his son  may go to prison if both convicted of  embezzlement charges involving the Sound View  clinic he founded thirty years ago to provide health care to the indigent constituents in his district.
